Once upon a time there was a web design studio that had a vision of doing more than pushing pixels on a website. It had a vision of helping businesses and organizations understand how to leverage a new generation of web technology often referred to as "social media". Whether it was a Twitter account, leveraging the Facebook platform, or creating blogging strategies, this design studio believed it could add more value to each customer by doing more than just website design.

Today, that design studio is called Sachi Studio. Unlike our competition, we do more than just develop websites. While we believe we're pretty darn good at that, our goal is to offer value that you won't get from the competition. Our true value is in helping businesses who want to explore how old school design is merging with new web technology. Through our social media marketing strategies, we help businesses like yours leverage these tools to facilitate word of mouth, increase customer loyalty, and create stronger brands.

About Dean 

Dean Hua is the founder and Chief Web Evangelist of Sachi Studio. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in business marketing and is a long-time Washingtonian.

Dean not only exhibits his sense of risk-taking in business and entrepreneurship, but in life as well. He’s gone skydiving, white water rafting, hang gliding, and recently fell in love with skiing. When not taking risks, he can be found doing volunteer work, organizing events for his outdoor adventures group, and trying to learn salsa.

He has been extensive experience with organizing and leading networking groups of all kinds. He has been Vice President for the DC Chapter of NAAAP- National Association of Asian American Professionals.  He also organizes dinner parties for entrepreneur friends along with running a networking group for small businesses.

 

About Gunes 

Gunes Yilmaztuerk works and strategizes with Dean in all things social media related at Sachi Studio.

Born in Turkey and grew up in a Turkish/American household in the USA, she moved to Germany in 2001 to experience European culture. A few years ago, she moved back here to the states. Before working with Sachi, Gunes has held positions such as Director of Product Management and Marketing, Sales Coordinator, and Forecast Analyst. 

Her Type A extroverted personality compliments Dean's Type B cerebral personality. Though sometimes, they both wonder how neither ever manages to argue with the other.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her nephew, family, reading world classics, and traveling.
